To ensure continued level of support and complete peace of mind, we have devised a range of contract based warranty cover, called ServiceWise, as detailed below.
A full repair and maintenance facility is available, offering a premium service to our ServiceWise customers. This facility is designed to minimise downtime at customer laboratories and maintain operational continuity whenever possible.
We also hold definitive records on each system sold, including test and calibration data providing a benchmark for the continued functionality of the product.
